To maintain teacher scheduling and lesson quality:
A student must request a reschedule at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time.
Requests made within 2 hours or after the class start time will be considered a missed session and cannot be compensated.
Excessive last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling flexibility.
Exceptions may be considered only in severe cases and at the discretion of the academy.
