Refund Policy

1. General Refund Guidelines

Course fees are generally non-refundable once paid.

Refunds may be granted only in specific cases such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical errors during online transactions
• Administrative approval for exceptional situations

2. Subscription Plans

• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Subscription validity periods cannot be extended, paused, or carried forward, unless the user upgrades or changes to a different plan (e.g., annual plan, higher tier).

3. Class Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Our commitment is to respect both the teacher's schedule and the student's learning outcomes.

Rescheduling Rules:

• A student may reschedule a class only if the request is made at least 2 hours before the session.
• If a request is made within 2 hours, or if the student forgets/does not attend the class, the session is marked as missed and cannot be compensated or refunded.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may reduce scheduling flexibility.

This policy ensures fairness to instructors and helps maintain consistent progress for students.

4. Workshops, Events & Open Mic Registrations

• Registration fees for events or workshops are non-refundable, unless the academy cancels the event.
• If the participant cannot attend for personal reasons, no refund is provided.
• In case of event cancellation by the academy, attendees may receive a refund or event credit.

5. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

If Musicraft Academy cancels a scheduled class:

• A makeup class will be arranged, or
• Class credit may be added to the student's account.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

To initiate a refund request, email info@musicraftacademy.com with:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Payment receipt or UTR
• Reason for refund

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
