Course fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
Refunds may be granted only in specific cases such as:
Duplicate payment
Technical errors during online transactions
Administrative approval for exceptional situations
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Subscription validity periods cannot be extended, paused, or carried forward, unless the user upgrades or changes to a different plan (e.g., annual plan, higher tier).
Registration fees for events or workshops are non-refundable unless the academy cancels the event.
If the participant cannot attend for personal reasons, no refund is provided.
In case of event cancellation by the academy, attendees may receive a refund or event credit.
If Musicraft Academy cancels a scheduled class:
A makeup class will be arranged, or
Class credit may be added to the student's account.
