Change how your city learns music.

A tested curriculum, an assessment that replaces guesswork, and a team that gets your centre open and enrolling.

A market no one has organised yet.

Walk into ten music schools in any Indian city and you’ll find ten different standards, or none at all.

No shared quality benchmark.

A strong teacher and a weak one look identical from the sign outside.

Most students quit within months,

before they can actually play anything.

Nobody has organised this market at scale.

It's still one owner, one room, no system, repeated a few thousand times across the country.

Musicraft was built to fix exactly that, five ways.

01Students at your door

We bring the students to your door.

You don’t run a single ad yourself. Our team handles the brand, the campaigns, and the enquiries, you just show up to the demos.

  • A brand families in your city already know
  • Marketing and lead generation run centrally, not by you
  • Demos land on your calendar already booked

We bring the students to your door.

Teaching is rarely what sinks a new music school. Advertising is. Most owners are left to work out social media, local promotion, and paid ads on their own, usually while also running the centre, and most of them lose that fight.

You don’t. You open under a name families already recognise, and our team runs the brand, the ads, and the lead generation from the centre out. Enquiries start arriving before you’ve even unlocked the door on day one, and your calendar fills with demos instead of empty slots.

Running a great centre is still your job. Filling it isn’t.

02Demos into enrolments

Turn demos into enrolments.

The assessment runs live, in the room. The student walks out with a plan built for them, not a sales pitch.

  • Live aptitude assessment during the trial
  • A ranked instrument recommendation on the spot
  • A personalised 4-week roadmap to take home

Turn demos into enrolments.

Picture the demo that doesn’t convert: a generic half-hour trial, a pitch at the end, and a family that leaves to “think about it.” Most of them don’t come back.

Musicraft’s demo works differently. Our AI assessment measures pitch, rhythm, and aptitude while the student is still in the room, then hands back a ranked instrument recommendation and a four-week roadmap before they leave. A seven-year-old and a forty-year-old get the same thing: not a vague impression, but a plan with their name on it.

Your staff aren’t selling anymore. The system already did that part.

03They stay longer

The longer they stay, the more predictable your revenue.

Between classes, a teacher-assist tutor keeps practice on track. Beyond classes, open mics and showcases give students somewhere to belong.

  • Real-time practice feedback across 13 error categories
  • Open mics, showcases, and a wider music community
  • A path for every learner, certification, performance, or hobby

The longer they stay, the more predictable your revenue.

A student who leaves halfway through a course is worth roughly half of one who finishes. That’s the real cost of dropoff, and it’s where most music schools bleed quietly.

Musicraft holds onto students two ways. Between sessions, the teacher-assist tutor gives real-time feedback, tracks progress with XP and streaks, and always shows the student their next step, so momentum doesn’t get a chance to break. Beyond the practice room, students get somewhere to belong: open mics, showcases, and a wider music community to perform in.

Whichever path they want, a certification, a stage, or just the chance to play what they love, there’s a route to it, in English, Hindi, or Kannada. Retention isn’t a slogan here. It’s built into how the practice loop and the community both work.

04Teaching you can see

Know how every class is going, without being in the room.

A live portal shows you who’s progressing and who’s stuck, in every branch, every session.

  • Live student-status dashboard, updated every session
  • Structured pre-class brief for every teacher
  • Post-class voice notes sent straight to each student

Know how every class is going, without being in the room.

You can’t be in every classroom, in every branch, every day, and most franchise owners have no way to know if a teacher two cities away is actually teaching well. The Musicraft portal is how you find out without being there.

Before each class, the teacher gets a structured brief on exactly what every student needs that session. During class, a live dashboard shows who’s progressing, who’s stuck, and who needs attention. After class, a personalised voice note goes straight to the student, so momentum carries to the next session.

Because delivery works remotely, one strong teacher can cover a franchise anywhere in India. Your teaching quality can grow without your payroll growing at the same rate.

05It runs itself

One dashboard runs the whole operation.

A classroom that’s ready to teach on Monday and ready to perform on Saturday, with enrolments, payments, and attendance running from one screen.

  • Modular stations that turn from teaching studio to performance hall
  • Enrolments, scheduling, attendance, and CRM in one dashboard
  • Razorpay payments with GST invoices generated automatically

One dashboard runs the whole operation.

Musicraft’s music stations arrive built, tested, and fully branded. You don’t design a classroom here, you plug one in.

Through the week, they’re a structured teaching studio. Rearrange them for the weekend, and the same room becomes a performance hall for recitals and showcases: a revenue night and a community night in one space.

Behind the scenes, the admin portal runs the rest: enrolments, scheduling, attendance, payments, GST invoices, and lead-to-enrolled tracking, all from one dashboard. When you’re ready for a second location, the platform already knows how to run two.

A smarter deal for partners.

  • Real build costs from two running centres, ₹10 to 35 lakh depending on city and scale, not a franchise brochure estimate
  • Centralised marketing, curriculum, and tech, so your capital goes into the room, not into rebuilding what we already run
  • Royalty and payback modeled with you, for your city, during the application

Setting up a Musicraft centre costs less than people expect, because you’re not building a school from nothing. You’re plugging into a curriculum, a brand, and a tech stack we’ve already built and already run in two cities.

Our own centres cost ₹10 lakh in Ujire and ₹35 lakh in Bangalore to build, real spend, not projections, because those are the two centres already open. Your city will land somewhere in that range depending on scale and location.

What we haven’t fixed yet is one royalty number for every city, because Bangalore and Ujire run at different scales, and your deal should reflect your market, not a figure we picked before knowing it. Apply, and we’ll work out the exact investment, royalty, and payback for your city on a call, using our own two centres as the baseline, not a best-case brochure number.
